This sums up why we love eating chocolate. A scientist would talk about sugar and happy hormones, but who wants to read about that on a website dedicated to luxury chocolate.
Our Story
All Things Bite Sized was, fittingly enough, created in bits and small portions. The name was coined independent of the venture, the skills and techniques that we showcase were learnt purely for love of the craft, the first trials and feedback of recipes were made by friends and family for fun, the passion became a venture in a coffee shop on just another weekday. We don’t remember when this journey started, but the seeds for it were sowed when two people who love food became friends.
We share a mutual belief that really good chocolate is one of life’s most indulgent and amazing experiences. From ideating and developing flavours, to multiple trials for perfecting taste and look, All Things strives for perfection in every bite. The tempered chocolate must break with a snap, the gel and ganache fillings should ooze out, and the confection will dissolve in your mouth, leaving it watering for one more. There is a flavor for every palette, safe and comfortable like Coffee and Sea Salt Caramel, or intriguing and new like Timut Pepper and Cardamom.
